I received breaded fried shrimp not grilled. The tuna salad is normally good and last time was bland and no celery in it.

You sent me the wrong order. I specifically ordered the meatball parmigiana hero but instead you sent me the meatball parmigiana entree. It was for my husband. He didn't complain but it still was wrong order. Please pay better attention in the future

The Pizza is Good but they never come on time. You order online 45 minutes before you want your order and it is still a half an hour late. You order ASAP and it comes very late. Cannot win with ordering online but I must admit the pizza is very tasty. The manager has a chip on his shoulder -acts like you should be grateful to buy the pizza- but he did apologize for the lateness.

I was impressed with the fast delivery. I usually wait more than 55 minutes for an order, even when its 2 blocks away. This order came in less than 30 minutes (OK, I called minutes after it opened for the day. My special requests were handled with no problem and, unbelievably, a replacement order of onion rings was delivered in less than 10 minutes after I called in a complaint that the fries were too spicy. I also like their grilled vegetable panini and potato and egg hero. Both thesse dishes were as good the next day. This is one of my take out regulars.

Would prefer if it did not take over an hour for my food to be prepared but the delivery guy was nice. The food was pretty good too.

I enjoy ordering from Regina's. the food is good and so is the service. But, this time around I waited for over an hour for my order to be delivered.
